Trial and Pre-wedding questions
Q: When should I schedule my trial?
A: You should have your trial as soon as possible before the wedding date and after you have picked your wedding gown. Try and schedule an appointment as soon as you have decided on a wedding date.
Q: When do I need to make a decision?
A: You have 5 days after your trial to decide whether you’d like to book Ai for Hair & Makeup.
Q: Do I need to leave a deposit?
A: Yes, you need to make deposit of at least 50% of the quoted total. Placing a deposit confirms and ensures the stylist is available to do your Hair & Makeup on a specified date.
This deposit is non-refundable, but you will receive some credit for Hair & Makeup services in the future. If you cancel for any reason, deposit will not be refunded.
Q: What do I need to bring to the trial?
A: You need a photo of your wedding gown, your favorite Hair & Makeup photos from magazines and your favorite portrait picture. If you plan to wear a veil and tiara, please bring these to the trial.
Q: Is travel fee included in package price?
A: Round trip travel fee is not included in package price.
Travel fee is the actual car service fee between the studio and your getting ready location. If your wedding party requires an assistant, the assistants traveling arrangements will be included in the round trip fee.
Q: Are you bringing an assistant? If so, how much is the charge?
A: If your wedding party is of 5 or more people, there will be no charge for bringing 1 or more assistants. The amount of assistants hired, depends on the size of your wedding party.
If your party is less than 5 people, there will be a $100 fee for each assistant.
Q: How much time does it take to get ready?
A: For the basic package (bride + 2 people hair /make up), it takes 5 hours.
The bride’s hair and make up takes 2 hours, and each additional person takes 1 and a half hour for average.
If the assistant is hired, the timing for the hair and makeup of the group will be about half of the time
If you only need one service (either hair or make up), it will be 1hour. Timing always depends on the style.
