“I never wear makeup, and am so glad I chose Ai to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. During the trial, she was sweet, patient, and meticulous, taking notes and photos to keep track of each look. After I booked her, communication was easy via email and Ai or her assistant would respond relatively quickly to any questions I had.

On the wedding day, Ai did a nice and simple (but very relaxing) facial massage for me before starting the makeup, and it was very calming! Everyone complimented me on how I looked, and I felt so comfortable. Before the wedding, my husband had worried that I would look very different than how he was used to seeing me, but on the wedding day he said I still looked like myself and looked beautiful.

The makeup lasted all day, and looked really nice in photos. My updo stayed up and in place all day, and I was so happy with it (I have long, thick Asian hair that is not the easiest to work with). Overall, I’d highly recommend Ai!”

“I’m so happy that I found Ai to do my wedding hair and makeup.

I know nothing about makeup and was afraid to try different things because I was worried that I wouldn’t look like “me”. But Ai was so patient and helpful at my trial, she tried and suggested different makeup colors and hairstyles.

I remember there was one point where she did my eyes based on the picture I brought with me; it was very natural and light. But I thought it looked too “plain” on me.

Then she spun me away from the mirror, did her magic thing to my eyes and spun me back to see my reflection. I remember saying “OMG! I love it!” She gave my eyes such beautiful definition!

I knew right there that I had to have her for my wedding day. It had the right amount of color to be defining but was still natural and elegant. She was such a delight to have help me get ready on my wedding day and engagement shoot.

She even helped me with my haircut so that it was at the perfect length I wanted for my up do. I received many many compliments about how beautiful I looked! THANK YOU Ai!”
